VIDEO: Limón’s signature dishes
Last week, I interviewed the owners of Limón, a Peruvian fusion restaurant located near Fresno’s River Park shopping center.
In the videos below, co-owner and chef Aldo Escribens introduces Vida readers to two of Limón’s signature dishes: lomo saltado (top sirloin, sautéed with onions, tomatoes, and French fries) and escabeche de pescado (pan-seared petrol sole, marinated in aji Amarillo escabeche sauce, served over roasted potatoes and sautéed spinach.)
To learn more about Limón, check out the business story in this week’s edition of Vida, and check out Daniel Cásarez’s blog for more pictures of the restaurant and its dishes. More information about Limón is available on their website, www. LimonFresno.com.

I wish I was there now enjoying a pisco mojito and eating pescado en escabeche.
