Limón and salsa dancing!
This past Friday night, I spent a great evening at Limón, a Peruvian restaurant in north Fresno.
Limón has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Fresno. They serve fantastic pisco mojitos and every bite of food I’ve had there is delicious. (I’ve loved everything from the ceviche to these yummy meat skewers – and that’s coming from a former vegetarian!)
Limón was even more fun on Friday night because Rowan Hernández, who organizes The Starline Salsa Club every Thursday night, threw a salsa party at the restaurant. A DJ was spinning salsa music, Rowan was playing percussion, and lots of people were dressed to the nines and spinning away on the dance floor.
Rowan and Limón will be partnering for more Friday night salsa events in the future, and I highly recommend checking out both the restaurant and the entertainment! Visit the Starline Salsa Club website for more information about upcoming events.

Now this sounds like a lot of fun! I’m not so sure if I’d be brave enough to actually try dancing, but I’d like to go and just listen to the music.
